Good morning everyone,
I wanted to start by saying from all of us at WHG we hope you and your families are healthy and doing well during this difficult time.
As we continue to monitor the evolving situation with the coronavirus pandemic within our province, we all remain optimistic that since golf is an outdoor sport, at some point we will be able to enjoy a return to a form of normalcy even though we realize that at this time nobody can predict how long business closures and social distancing measures will be necessary.
We are preparing for multiple options as it relates to potential opening along with an action plan to provide staff, members and customers guidance to address new procedures/guidelines for when you arrive at the course. I also wanted to mention that I am currently working on new procedures and hardware upgrades that will allow for express check-in for members along with online payment options to help streamline future operations and to aid in whatever opening scenario we may be granted.
As the snow continues to melt, our Superintendent is currently working on a blog update which will address how the course fared over the winter, current course conditions and maintenance procedures. This update will be available shortly and the link will be provided in my next update/email.
Lastly, I wanted to remind everyone again that these update/email messages can end up in your spam/junk email folders (please check) or if you have opted out of this communication.
