West Hills Golf Course News – December 19, 2019
Good afternoon members,
It gives me great pleasure this morning to provide you with an advanced preview of our 2020 membership rates and early bird offering for the upcoming season! I have attached a visual at the bottom of this message to further explain our rates.
Memberships will be available for purchase starting on Friday December 20th. Please refer to our off season address and hours of operation listed below.
As most of you are aware, the planning and design for our new multi-purpose clubhouse/event space commenced in 2019 with an updated floor plan(s) which we posted in our clubhouse this summer. Since then, we have secured a Maritime based franchise to partner with on our new project. Over the coming months, we will be sharing additional information/updates such as establishment name, construction and completion timelines, as soon as they become available. We realize how important it is to our membership base to have an amazing bar/restaurant/facility at WHG, so we appreciate your patience as we look to have this completed as soon as possible!
With regards to 2020 Memberships… at this point, what we are looking for is a commitment from our existing members, advising us on whether you would be returning for next season. Just a quick email response is all that we are currently looking for, so we can determine the amount of space available for new members. For any members that are not on our email list, I will be contacting you directly by phone with the information. Our “Bulletin Board” on our website will also provide the 2020 Membership information.
Remember, if you pay in full by March 6th, 2020, you will qualify for the following:
-2 WHG 18 Hole Guest Passes
-Golf Canada Full Membership
Also, each early bird member will also be entered into an exclusive draw
for a chance to win their 2020 West Hills Golf Membership! (Draw will
take place on opening week/1 winner will be drawn/prize value will equal
original membership purchase price).
