Good afternoon members,
I wanted to remind everyone that West Hills is hosting our very own 2-Man
Scramble on Thursday, July 25th with a shotgun start at
1pm. (Please remember that our calendar of events/schedule was given out
to all members in their welcome package)
Since golf will be limited on that day, we will be offering the following
“Member Only” Shotgun, same format as last week:
–7am Start Thursday, July
25 (We would ask all golfers to arrive at 6:45am sharp so we can
start at 7am and so we can get the golfers that are walking out to their
starting hole)
–Maximum 20 Power carts (Please understand that we
would like to offer all 44 carts, but with the round finishing at 11:30am, it
would not leave us enough time to clean all 44 carts and have them signed and
ready for the tournament – Also, we will be placing players in the power carts
at the holes that are the furthest away)
–72 Players – (72 spots
available, which would be a 4-some on all 18 holes) – Round must end by 11:30am,
so we ask all golfers to start to leave the course at 11:30am so we are able to
setup.
–There will be 2 options to book – Call the
Clubhouse 450-4653 or arrive at the clubhouse (Since not
all members book online and to try to make this as least complicated and fair
as possible, we are offering these 2 options. Please remember that we
only have 3 phones, so patience would be appreciated)
-Reserve your spot/group at – 7am, Tuesday July 23th (We
will start taking calls and open the clubhouse at 7am Tuesday morning and to
help make this fair and accommodating, each member can book in his or her
4-player group so everyone doesn’t need to call or show up to the
clubhouse. Also, you must reserve your power cart at the time of booking,
if available. We will be working as hard as possible to accommodate
everyone, so patience would be appreciated.

Good morning members,
Due to the severe weather last evening, the driving range maintenance schedule will be bumped a day this week.
We will be closing the range at 5pm tonight and will reopen at 11am on Tuesday morning.

Good morning everyone,
I wanted to send off a quick reminder to anyone who is golfing Sunday morning (July 7th) that there will be road restrictions between 7am and 11:30am due to the Duncan Hadley Triathlon taking place at the Killarney Lake Lodge. An alternate route will be provided via St. Mary’s St. to Brookside Dr. as per the City traffic engineer.
